FAQ's

Yes! This is a rain or shine (or snow) event. Most of the experiences, entertainment, food and beverages are under covered areas in the concourse or tented. You are welcome to bring your umbrella!

Yes, Fluor Field does have a clear bag policy.

Any clear bag is allowed as are a few non-clear options. If you must bring a bag to the event, please review the full policy to make sure your bag is approved.  If it’s too large, you may be asked to bring it back to your vehicle.

When you purchased tickets online, you should have received a confirmation email with a PDF of your tickets.  

If, for any reason, you’re not able to locate your tickets, please call the Greenville Drive at 864-240-4500 and they will assist you.  The Drive’s box office will be open on each day of the event as well to help with last minute issues.

Your ticket reflects Friday, Saturday or Sunday admission, and can only be used for the specified day.

-Sunday 11am-6pm

You are welcome to come and go on the same day. You may — within the same day — get a hand stamp and return later that afternoon.

Will there be food & drinks?  Yes, food and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the event and on District 356.  

An assortment of German-inspired foods, ballpark favorites, hot chocolate and coffee, Gluhwein, and a wide assortment of holiday beers in the Biergarten. 

The price of admission covers entrance into the park and ALL the activities associated with the event!

Shopping on District 356 (Field Street) is free!

Where should I park and where are the entrances?  Parking is available in several lots surrounding the stadium and throughout downtown Greenville. 

Take advantage of the trolley system to park and ride near the stadium and parking throughout the downtown area (view interactive map here).

Please be aware of road closures due the parade on Saturday, 12/9.  Arrive early to the area, have fun at Kringle Holiday Village and then walk to your viewing spot! 

Umbrella? Yes!

Pet? No (we love them too, but licensed service animals only)

Camera? Yes!

Stroller? Yes!
